Take time to become aware of the major stressors in your life and the ways you are dealing with them. Recognize the price you are paying for not taking deliberate action with regard to your spiritual, social, emotional and physical well-being. In the face of what may appear to be crippling circumstances, choose to live every part of your life.
Decide to be happy, actively engaged and live from the inside out. Create centered and grounding moments in your own life as part of your spiritual life.
Use what works – exercise, meditation, meaningful connections with
others. Volunteer your time to make a difference in the lives of
others. You are more powerful than you are currently living. Harness
your power to live above the stress in your life. You have GREATNESS
