YOU SHOULD DO THESE 10 BEAUTY HABITS EVERY NIGHT

Our skin is exposed to negative environmental factors ever day. Pollution, dust, UV sunrays, chemicals and toxins are just a few of the bad influences our skin must endure and after a while they take its toll.
As time passes by, fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots may appear which is why we need to take good care of our skin to postpone the inevitable effects of aging. The best time to take care of our skin is at night because while we sleep the skin regenerates and if we pay extra attention to it before we go to bed we’ll have a healthier glow and an improved complexion. Caring for your skin before you go to bed will rejuvenate it, reduce the blemishes and other imperfections and postpone the aging process.
Here are ten beauty habits that you should do every night before you go to bed!
Every night before you go to bed you must find time to remove your make up. This is a rule you should abide at all costs. Leaving make up on when you go to bed will clog your pores, give you dark spots and acne and dull and damaged skin. Clean your face, remove the make up and apply a moisturizer every night before bed.

Use a Toner
Clean your face with a toner before you go to bed every night. It will help you restore the natural pH levels of your skin, improving its resistance to microorganisms and bacteria. Choose the best one that fits your skin type and wipe your neck and face before going to bed. It will clarify, hydrate and energize your skin.

Apply Hand Cream
Care for your hands before you go to bed so that you have soft and smooth hands during the night. Before you go to bed wash your hands with mild soap and warm water, pat them dry with a cotton towel and apply hand cream. Your hands will look amazing every day.

Brush Your Teeth
We’ve been told this as kids but let’s repeat it in case you’ve forgotten. Brush your teeth and floss every night before you go to bed. If will protect your mouth from infections, cavities and germs and will eliminate the bad morning breathe.

Use Eye Cream
The area around your eyes is the first area on your skin that shows signs of aging. That’s why it’s important to take proper care of this area of your skin. Remove your eye makeup, and apply some eye cream every night before going to bed. The eye cream will help you hydrate, moisturize, reduce, and de-puff dark circles, reducing the wrinkle appearance, while temporarily tightening the area below your eyes.

Apply Petroleum Jelly on Your Feet
The feet should also be a part of your beauty regimen. Wash them with warm water and pat them dry. Apply some foot cream or petroleum jelly and massage them gently, paying special attention to the rough patches. This will eliminate the appearance of dry patches and cracked heels, and will make your feet nice and soft.

Pin Up Your Hair
You should always sleep with your hair tied up. This benefits not just your hair but your face as well. It will prevent hair tangling and it won’t touch your face while you sleep. This is very important if you have in mind that your hair contains dirt and oils that can cause acne breakouts and pimples.

Switch to Silk Pillowcases
Silk is much gentler on your skin and hair so you should switch to using silk pillow cases and sheets. Silk contains 18 essential amino acids and many natural proteins which will keep your skin looking beautiful and young. You will no longer have a ‘sleep line’ or a ‘sleep-crease’ that appears when you sleep on a cotton pillowcase. Your hair will also be grateful because the smooth silk will prevent it from damaging, tangling and knotting while you sleep.

Turn on a Humidifier
Before you go to bed turn on a humidifier. This is especially beneficial in the winter, it will add moisture to the air in your bedroom. If you have itchy, dry, and cracked skin you’ll benefit greatly from this practice. This can help in the event of psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions which are usually aggravated by low humidity levels.

Get Your Beauty Sleep
We all need our beauty sleep so try to get at least 7-8 hours of good night sleep. While you sleep your cells regenerate and grow which actually makes sleep a rejuvenating treatment. Sleeping is necessary to keep your young look as well as prevent appearance of aging signs like fine lines, wrinkles, dull complexion, and dark circles.

Try to go to bed early, leave your phone out of the bedroom, don’t turn on the TV and take a warm shower or bath to relax your muscles and prepare your body for deep sleep and relaxation.
Try these beauty hacks and see for yourself what amazing effects they will have. You’ll wake up with amazing hair and skin every morning.
