Don't give in. Stop quitting so early before you even get chance to shine! Never stop fighting for what you want because there is no rematch. You get one shot at life! Stop beating yourself up. Be that "Champion" and get back up to claim your rightfully earned title.
You have to work on yourself. Be patient because time can't be rushed. This a marathon and not a race ladies and gentleman. Stay involved and don't get lazy, negative or too comfortable. Write that goal out on an index card and read it morning, noon and night.
Visualize yourself having it. Stay in it to win it! As Maya Angelou beautifully states "we may suffer many defeats but it does not mean we have to be defeated". Stay patient and continue to expand who you are! Believe the Champion in you! -Adrian Starks
