Female corps member burnt beyond recognition in Akwa Ibom State

A fatal accident in Akwa Ibom state on Wednesday reportedly claimed the life of a serving corps member. The accident happened in Mbiokporo Nsit in Nsit Ibom Local Government Area, LGA of the state at about 3pm.

Eye witnesses say the deceased who was dressed in her National Youth Service Corps, NYSC uniform, was driving in a Toyota Camry vehicle which caught fire.The driver of the vehicle and the commuter at the front sit reportedly escaped while the unknown female corps member was

burnt beyond recognition. Residents were said to have tried to salvage the situation to no avail.
