One of the most important marks of a woman is its genital organs.
There are a lot of products on the market for making your face look
younger, but there aren’t such products for the vagina. Karen Boyle, M.D. which is a female sexual health expert explains
that women do not have a clue that such things will happen, their
gynecologist does not tell them, and when over a couple years their
vulva and vagina is changed completely
they are in shock. This is considered as a sensitive topic as most of the women are
ashamed sharing the problems with their vagina. We will present you 7
tips which will help to improve the health of your vagina:
- Maintain a good hygiene
The main problem most women are facing is the unpleasant vaginal
odor. In order to prevent this, you need to wash the vagina with a
gentle soap two times a day.
Also, you need to take care of the public hair around your vagina
because the sweat glands of the skin can be the reason for this
unpleasant smell. Do not use soaps which are highly alkaline and try
using chamomile tea for washing your vagina.
- Have regular haircut or shaving
It will be easier for you to maintain the vaginal hygiene due to the
fact that sweat and bacteria can be retained in the public hair.
- Let vagina breathe with the right underwear
Instead of wearing synthetic underwear, choose underwear made of
natural materials as cotton. It will prevent the occurrence of eczema,
dermatitis, and bacterial infections and will allow the vagina to
breathe properly.
- You need to change your underwear once a day
Make sure to change your underwear every day, because the secretion
of the vagina can be the reason for bacteria, thus causing numerous
infections as cystitis, colpitis, and uterine infections. When you are
having a menstruation, make sure to change your underwear twice a day!
- Do not put perfumes on your vulva
These perfumes can disrupt the pH balance, which can result in infection. The best option is to keep your vagina clean.
- Visit your Gynecologist regularly
It is recommended to go to the gynecologist 2 times in a year (every 6
months), especially for women who are under 21 and are sexually active.
He will do a PAP test and scan your ovaries and uterus with ultrasound,
and will find out if you are having any infections. So, it is very
important to visit your gynecologist regularly.
- Did you know that you can make your vagina taste better?
It is scientifically proved that the taste of your vaginal juices can
change its taste by eating the right food. You need to include more
fruits to your diet, especially grapes, apples, mangos because they are
full of natural sugar. You need to avoid garlic, onions, alcohol, spicy
foods, and coffee because they have a negative effect on the vaginal
juices.
NOTE: We recommend you to use baby wipes after
going to the toilet because they have neutral pH and no perfumes and
aren’t harmful to the health of your vagina. (Health blog)
