12 Symptoms of Prostate Cancer That Men Should Not Ignore



Most often prostate cancer is asymptomatic and is difficult to be discovered at the first phase. Symptoms appears at more advanced stages so it is very important to go to regular checks and detect the disease at the beginning. These 12 symptoms that indicate prostate cancer should not ignore.
Prostate is a gland in the male reproductive system. Its primary function is to secrete major part of seminal liquid (component of the semen) and store it.  It is located in the pelvic cavity, above the perineum (near rectum) under the bladder and surrounds the urethra. Prostate weights about 20 grams in a young adult, and it is 30 mm height, 20 mm base and its diameter is 40 mm.

Some studies reveal that men that consume a lot of animal fat and dairy products are more likely to obesity and have a higher risk to develop prostate cancer. On the other hand Asian and Mediterranean populations are less exposed because of their diet that contains fruit and vegetables.
