of quality education and good health system. According to the Minister, the President is mindful of its campaign promises to Nigerians and is determined to fulfil them before leaving office. Mohammed said, “There will be employment, school meal programme, scholarship and expansion of small-scale investments in the country, and many more. Our message is that the hardship will soon be a thing of the past.
“The President is committed to strengthening the electoral process and the Nigerian economy.” He, however, said that the delay being experienced was due to some issues in the passage of the 2016 budget.
“No government can achieve its aim or implement its promises without the budget,” Mohammed said.
He said the present government would accommodate all citizens, including the womenfolk.“The present administration has incorporated women and would continue to accommodate capable and competent women in strategic positions.”
