High Court in Yenagoa, ruling on the bail application, ordered that the suspect be remanded in prison custody pending the perfection of his bail in the sum of N3 with two sureties in like sum.
Nganjiwa ordered that one of the sureties live within the jurisdiction of the court while the other must be a civil servant of not less than level 12 and the second must be a title holder.
He further said that the sureties must provide tax clearance for the past three years.
The judge is expected to rule on the application of the prosecution to obtain the evidence of Oruru in camera on the adjourned date.The case was subsequently adjourned to April 17 for mention.
