Surround yourself with people that make you grow. Surround yourself with people that you share valuable ideas in order to be successful.  Some time ago, a friend of mine came to pay me a courtesy visit and while talking, he called my attention to an important thing I should have done to improve my blog (www.tunjioyedokun.com) which I didn't do and he not only called my attention to it but proffered a solution to getting it done.  Surround yourself with friends that can impart some knowledge into you and not the ones you teach things all the time.
