Respect is something that flows naturally. You don't have to push it out of people. It comes just from the inside genuinely. Don't be tired up in the mirage that because someone is under you in an organorgram you have rights to look down on the person and hence you feel it's quite okay to hit on him each time to prove leadership over him.  When you do, you kill the
willingness to follow, you push him or her to a point where pretence crisps in and  he begins to take instructions from you not because he wants to, but because he or is obligated to. People who lead others should be on the better side to show humility by not thinking so highly of themselves that way the people that look upto can learn and make reference to. A humble person respects the mind of others, not because he is obligated to but because he cares about everyone under him just as his own self.
