You Eat Everything, But You Still Lose Weight: What’s The Secret In This Chrono Diet!

Well, if you want to eat everything you want, and be skinny at the same time, then this chrono diet is the right answer for you. Even though this diet is used in France since 1986, we’ve just started using it. You don’t have to pay too much attention on much calories will you consume or the amount of food. The basic rule in this diet is that the timeline between meals should be minimum 4 and maximum 6 hours. So the ideal interval between meals should be 5 hours. You can eat everything for breakfast: carbohydrates, protein and fats. But, you should definitely avoid wheat and corn. You can use all the other flours: barley, buckwheat, oat, speltino, rye, etc. You can eat meat products as well, even bacon. But, you need to be sure they are homemade and without any additives.
For lunch you should consume more protein foods, such as: beef, pork, veal or lamb, without any carbohydrates or bread. If you want to consume carbohydrates, then you should eat vegetables. You should also eat fresh salads and vegetables. For dinner, you should also consume foods high in protein, such as: chicken breast or fish. Sometimes, you can add cheese to your salad, but that’s when you are no longer in the weight loss process. You should consume raw and fresh vegetables and salads as well.
Fruit and sweets – you should consume fruits and sweets only in the afternoon and between lunch and dinner. Don’t consume fruits and sugary stuff in the morning. The best choice would be a dark chocolate with minimum 70% cocoa and dried fruits like figs and prunes.

Well, these are some of the basic nutrition rules that you should follow your entire life, because this isn’t just a classic diet. However, if you have problems with weight and you wish to get rid of it, than you should pass the restrictive period. Dr. Ana Gifing, the biggest promoter of this diet, has come up with this restrictive period. In this restrictive period, you shouldn’t consume snacks and fruits, because they contain high amounts of sugar. Also, you shouldn’t consume starchy vegetables and carbohydrates for lunch.

Even when you are in the restrictive period, you shouldn’t be worried with how much food did you eat, but you mustn’t eat anything between meals. Absolutely nothing!
