Father of fallen Muslim soldier to Trump: Have you read the Constitution?

Heart, criticized Donald Trump on Thursday night for his plan to temporarily bar immigrants from Muslim countries. He said Trump “smears the character of Muslims.”
“Let me ask you, have you even read the United States Constitution?” Khan asked, speaking at the Democratic National Convention. “I will gladly lend you my copy.” He brandished his copy, waving it to the crowd as they erupted in cheers. “Look for the words liberty and equal protection of law.”
Khan’s son, Capt. Humayun Khan, died more than a decade ago in Iraq protecting his fellow soldiers from an approaching vehicle loaded with explosives. The younger Khan, who was born in the United Arab Emirates and emigrated with his family to the United States as a child, was 27 when he died.
In an emotional speech, his father told Trump to “go look at the graves of brave patriots who died defending the United States of America. You will see all faiths, genders and ethnicities.”
“You have sacrificed nothing,” Khan continued.

Flanked by his wife, Khan asked the delegates to vote for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton to honor the memory of his son: “Vote for the strongest, most qualified candidate, Hillary Clinton — not the divider.”- Yahoo News
