7 Ekiti State University Students Die In Fatal Accident

7 students of the Ekiti State University, EKSU have reportedly died  while several were left injured in a fatal accident involving Akoto, the EKSU students’ cab and 18- passengers bus along NNPC-Iwokoro Ekiti State University road yesterday evening. According to NigerianMonitor, the accident occurred at about
7:35pm in front of the main gate of Ekiti State University (EKSU) where unions at the institution had protested earlier in the day.
It was learnt that the accident was caused by some boys suspected to be internet fraudsters otherwise known as “Yahoo boys” who were on a high speed at the busy junction.
He said the suspected Yahoo boys crashed their car into a mini commercial vehicle conveying students from the campus.
He said: “The yahoo-yahoo boys must have been heavily drunk and they drove carelessly and collided with the commercial bus.
